تقدم Rabbit Clean خدماتها فقط داخل مناطق تغطية محددة. وقد يتم تحديد التغطية بناءً على الرمز البريدي أو بيانات العنوان أو الإحداثيات الجغرافية. إذا كان العنوان خارج النطاق المعتاد للخدمة، فقد يتم رفض الطلب أو إعادة جدولته أو إضافة رسوم توصيل إضافية إذا كانت الخدمة خارج التغطية متاحة برسوم إضافية. ويعد قرار Rabbit Clean بشأن التغطية نهائيًا بالنسبة لذلك الطلب.

يمكنك طلب الإلغاء أو إعادة الجدولة قبل عملية الاستلام، ولكن لا تضمن Rabbit Clean إمكانية ذلك بعد حجز الموعد أو تعيين السائق أو استلام القطع. وإذا لم يتوفر شخص عند الاستلام أو التسليم، فيجوز لـ Rabbit Clean إعادة جدولة الطلب، وقد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية عند الاقتضاء.
الطلبات التي تم تنفيذها أو تنظيفها أو تجهيزها أو شحنها أو تسليمها لا تكون قابلة للاسترداد عادة، إلا إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب النظام المعمول به أو إذا أقرت Rabbit Clean بوجود تقصير أو خطأ في الخدمة.
يقدم تطبيق رابيت كلين باقات اشتراك اختيارية تمنح المستخدمين رصيدًا مدفوعًا مسبقًا لاستخدامه داخل التطبيق لخدمات غسيل الملابس.
- الاشتراك ليس إلزاميًا لاستخدام التطبيق.
- يمكن للمستخدمين تقديم الطلبات دون اشتراك.
تفاصيل الاشتراك:
- يشتري المستخدمون باقة (مثلاً، يدفعون ٥٠٠ ريال سعودي ويحصلون على ٦٥٠ ريال سعودي كرصيد داخل التطبيق).
- يمكن استخدام الرصيد داخل التطبيق فقط لخدمات غسيل الملابس المؤهلة.
- الرصيد ليس له قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن سحبه أو تحويله.
المدة:
- يبقى الاشتراك ساريًا حتى استنفاد الرصيد بالكامل.
- لا يوجد تاريخ انتهاء محدد حاليًا.
التجديد:
- لا يتم تجديد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا.
- يمكن للمستخدمين تجديد اشتراكهم يدويًا فقط إذا كانت الباقة نفسها لا تزال متاحة في التطبيق.
- التجديد اختياري ويتحكم فيه المستخدم بشكل كامل.
- عند اختيار المستخدم التجديد، ستتم معالجة الدفع باستخدام طريقة الدفع المختارة.
المدفوعات:
تُعالج المدفوعات عبر بوابات دفع خارجية (مثل PayTabs).
ملاحظات هامة:
تُعرض تفاصيل الاشتراك (السعر، الرصيد، الميزات) بوضوح داخل التطبيق قبل الشراء.
تحتفظ Rabbit Clean بالحق في تعليق أو إلغاء مزايا الاشتراك في حالات الاحتيال أو سوء الاستخدام أو إساءة استخدام النظام.
يجب عليك قبل تسليم القطع التأكد من تفريغ الجيوب وإزالة الأموال والمجوهرات والمستندات والأجهزة الإلكترونية والأدوات الحادة وأي مقتنيات ثمينة. كما يجب عليك إبلاغ Rabbit Clean بأي أقمشة حساسة أو تعليمات خاصة أو أضرار سابقة أو متطلبات تنظيف خاصة أو قطع لا ينبغي غسلها أو تجفيفها أو تعريضها للحرارة.
ويحق لـ Rabbit Clean رفض القطع غير الآمنة أو شديدة التلوث أو المحظورة نظامًا أو غير المناسبة لطريقة الخدمة المطلوبة.
تبذل Rabbit Clean عناية معقولة في تنفيذ الخدمة، لكنها لا تضمن إزالة جميع البقع أو الروائح أو الآثار بشكل كامل، خاصة إذا كانت ناتجة عن قدم القطعة أو تلف سابق أو ضعف القماش أو ثبات لون منخفض أو عيوب خفية أو تعليمات عناية غير صحيحة أو معالجات سابقة. كما قد يحدث انكماش أو بهتان أو تغير في الملمس أو المظهر بحسب طبيعة القطعة وحالتها.
إذا اعتقدت أن هناك خللًا في الخدمة أو نقصًا في القطع أو تلفًا حدث أثناء وجود القطعة لدى Rabbit Clean، فيجب إبلاغنا خلال 48 ساعة من وقت التسليم. ويحق لـ Rabbit Clean فحص الحالة واتخاذ القرار المناسب بشكل معقول، بما في ذلك إعادة التنظيف أو الإصلاح أو منح رصيد خدمة أو أي معالجة مناسبة أخرى.

Welcome to Rabbit Clean. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rabbit Clean mobile app, website, customer service channels, and associated pickup, washing, ironing, and delivery services, as well as subscriptions and payments (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide true and complete information when creating or updating your account, including your name, phone number, delivery address, and any verification information we request. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login methods, verification codes, and devices, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Rabbit Clean provides laundry and garment care services, which may include washing only, washing and drying, ironing only, additional services, scheduled pickup and delivery, online payment, notifications, subscription packages, and credit. Available services, coverage areas, prices, schedules, and payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
When you submit an order, you are requesting a service pickup and delivery within the available schedules. Submitting an order does not constitute final or immediate acceptance. Rabbit Clean reserves the right to review, confirm, modify, reschedule, or reject the order based on operational capacity, service area, item condition, or other operational requirements.
You must ensure the following:
- The pickup and delivery address is correct and accessible.
- A person is available to pick up or drop off the items within the specified time.
- All order details and item instructions are correct and clear.
Rabbit Clean provides its services only within specific coverage areas. Coverage may be determined based on postal code, address data, or geographic coordinates. If the address is outside the usual service area, the order may be rejected, rescheduled, or an additional delivery charge may apply if the service outside the coverage area is available for an additional fee. Rabbit Clean's decision regarding coverage is final for that order.
Prices displayed in the app or sent by Rabbit Clean may be estimated, promotional, or subject to review. Some orders may be priced or adjusted after order verification, after products or quantities are added, or after management review. The final amount may include service charges, delivery charges, out-of-coverage area charges, discounts, coupons, and any applicable subscription credit.
Payment may be made through in-app payment methods or via a payment link, including supported payment gateways such as PayTabs. Upon payment, you authorize Rabbit Clean and its payment partners to process the payment for the approved final amount. Any failed, rejected, reversed, or unauthorized payment may result in order delay, suspension, or cancellation.
You can request cancellation or rescheduling before pickup, but Rabbit Clean does not guarantee this after the appointment has been booked, the driver has been assigned, or the items have been received. If no one is available for pickup or delivery, Rabbit Clean may reschedule the order, and additional charges may apply.
Orders that have been processed, cleaned, prepared, shipped, or delivered are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable policy or if Rabbit Clean acknowledges a service error or deficiency.
The Rabbit Clean app offers optional subscription packages that provide users with prepaid credit for in-app use for laundry services.
- Subscription is not mandatory to use the app.
- Users can place orders without a subscription.
Subscription Details:
- Users purchase a package (e.g., pay SAR 500 and receive SAR 650 in-app credit).
- Credit can only be used within the app for eligible laundry services.
- Credit has no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
Duration:
- The subscription remains valid until the credit is fully used.
- There is currently no set expiration date.
Renewal:
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
- Users can only manually renew their subscriptions if the same package is still available in the app.
- Renewal is optional and entirely at the user's discretion.
- When the user chooses to renew, payment will be processed using their selected payment method.
Payments:
Payments are processed through external payment gateways (such as PayTabs).
Important Notes:
Subscription details (price, balance, features) are clearly displayed within the app before purchase.
Rabbit Clean reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscription benefits in cases of fraud, misuse, or abuse of the system.
Before handing over items, you must ensure that pockets are emptied and cash, jewelry, documents, electronic devices, sharp objects, and any valuables are removed. You must also inform Rabbit Clean of any delicate fabrics, special instructions, previous damage, special cleaning requirements, or items that should not be washed, dried, or exposed to heat.
Rabbit Clean reserves the right to refuse items that are unsafe, heavily soiled, prohibited by regulations, or unsuitable for the requested service method.
Rabbit Clean takes reasonable care in performing the service but does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or traces, especially if they are due to the item's age, previous damage, poor fabric quality, low colorfastness, hidden defects, incorrect care instructions, or previous treatments. Shrinkage, fading, or changes in texture may also occur, appearance depends on the nature and condition of the item.
If you believe there has been a service defect, missing parts, or damage while the item was with Rabbit Clean, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Rabbit Clean reserves the right to inspect the condition and make a reasonably appropriate decision, including re-cleaning, repair, granting service credit, or any other suitable remedy.
Rabbit Clean is not liable for normal wear and tear, prior damage, latent defects, items left in pockets, prohibited parts, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. To the extent permitted by law, Rabbit Clean's liability is limited to direct, proven damages resulting from the service and does not include indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any subsequent losses.
Promotional offers, coupons, and discounts are subject to their own terms, duration, and usage rules. Rabbit Clean reserves the right to refuse or cancel any offer or discount if it has expired, been repeatedly used, misused, obtained unlawfully, or applied to an ineligible order.
By using the Service, you consent to Rabbit Clean collecting and using your account data, phone number, address, coordinates, order history, and payment records to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service. You also consent to receiving communications related to the Service, including verification codes, order updates, alerts, support messages, calls, text messages, emails, and in-app notifications.
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, place fraudulent orders, misuse offers, use payment methods that do not belong to you, enter misleading addresses, or use Rabbit Clean for illegal, dangerous, or prohibited purposes. Rabbit Clean reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraud, misuse, non-payment, or violation of regulations.
Rabbit Clean may modify these Terms, the Service, pricing, subscription structure, coverage areas, payment methods, or operating rules at any time. The updated version will be effective from the date of its posting within the application, website, or Terms pages. Your continued use of the Service after posting constitutes your acceptance of the modified version.
